Managing Partner
Mads is a successful entrepreneur and passionate technologist (having authored multiple US patents) who has worked for 2 decades building and growing tech businesses. At SuperSeed he helps ambitious technical founders build great companies from the early stages. Prior to SuperSeed, Mads was an entrepreneur, taking Sefaira (a SaaS company) from inception in 2009 to exit in 2016. Before that he was a business executive at IBM.

Daniel is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of AI Business, which he built to be the world’s largest AI news platform and events series before exiting to Informa plc in 2017. Co-authoring the book ‘AI Transforming Business’ and publishing thought-leadership articles on the business of technology. In addition to his involvement in start-up funding, Daniel also advises entrepreneurs on scale-up, exit planning, and M&A.

At SuperSeed, Ellie pursues her true passion: helping founders build great teams. This is something she has done at fast-growing startups for a decade. Outside work, Ellie is a lover of all things football (Tottenham), F1 and cute dogs.
Principal
Ferdi’s passions include tech, people, start-ups, dogs, big ideas and cars. He left uni and started an AgTech business In Zimbabwe. Then moved into a retail tech startup to manage sales and just before joining SuperSeed he helped launch a PropTech business across Europe.

Having lived in five different countries and with six languages under her belt, Elena is truly a citizen of the world. She is a lawyer by training and has worked at several prestigious, multinational firms. Prior to joining SuperSeed, she not only founded her own business but also supported other start-ups across Europe.
