Harriet Ball
Harriet is a Talent Acquisition professional, with over 11 years of experience hiring for some of the most iconic, industry leading brands and companies in the world. A true operator, having previously worked alongside Founders at smaller organisations, through to leading global Talent Acquisition teams up to 8 in size. Harriet’s move into Venture is an accumulation of all of her prior work experience, and bringing an innate understanding of best in class talent and recruiting practices to support our founders of today, build their teams of tomorrow. Harriet partners with founders to find best in class talent to join their businesses, and advises on all people and talent topics post investment.

Dan Bowyer
Dan has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, having built and exited 2 startups and angel invested in many more. He’s most passionate about connecting people, product and process, creating something from nothing. At SuperSeed Dan looks after partnerships and portfolio companies, alongside new and existing investments.

Jamie Giles
Jamie is a successful entrepreneur who thrives on connecting with founders and propelling their success. After studying at university in Japan, he became a chartered accountant and launched a company in the Film & TV industry. Jamie has held key roles at start-ups within the food supply chain and AI sectors. Now at SuperSeed, he’s pursuing his passion for technology and the real economy…while continuing to master the art of juggling multiple projects without spilling his coffee.’

Mads Jensen
Mads is a successful entrepreneur and passionate technologist (having authored multiple US patents) who has worked for 2 decades building and growing tech businesses. At SuperSeed he helps ambitious technical founders build great companies from the early stages. Prior to SuperSeed, Mads was an entrepreneur, taking Sefaira (a SaaS company) from inception in 2009 to exit in 2016. Before that he was a business executive at IBM.

Elena Klijn
Having lived in five different countries and with six languages under her belt, Elena is truly a citizen of the world. She is a lawyer by training and has worked at several prestigious, multinational firms. Prior to joining SuperSeed, she not only founded her own business but also supported other start-ups across Europe.

Daniel Pitchford
Daniel is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of AI Business, which he built to be the world’s largest AI news platform and events series before exiting to Informa plc in 2017. Co-authoring the book ‘AI Transforming Business’ and publishing thought-leadership articles on the business of technology. In addition to his involvement in start-up funding, Daniel also advises entrepreneurs on scale-up, exit planning, and M&A.

Ferdinand Reynolds
Ferdi’s passions include tech, people, start-ups, dogs, big ideas and cars. He left uni and started an AgTech business In Zimbabwe. Then moved into a retail tech startup to manage sales and just before joining SuperSeed he helped launch a PropTech business across Europe.

Andrew Sherlock
After working in both industry (P&G, Mars) and finance (PwC, Goldman), Andrew has spent the last ten years in venture capital. Andrew is focused on building long-term partnerships with investors, so that SuperSeed can back many more ambitious founders to create great companies.
Operations Manager
Adam Valiyev
Adam combines structured and highly analytical thinking with a deep passion for execution and “getting the job done”. He supports the team in all aspects of back office and operations. Outside the office, Adam is a keen runner.
