The faster we can (safely) get the right drugs to market, the faster we can help patients in need. But the process to get new drugs to market is complicated, and not only for medical reasons. The statistical and data processing work required to get a phase three clinical trial ready for FDA approval can add 6 months to the project timeline. Enter Verisian. Between them, co-founders Tomas Sabat and Henning Kuich have a wealth of experience in data structures and medical data analysis. With their new company they helping the pharmaceutical industry benefit from next-generation data science, so those delays can be compressed and new drugs can get faster to patients.
